We are not telling people is that Printify charges the seller first. So it is not risk free. Imagine if 100 clients buy products from you. Printify will charge you first before the money from the clients gets into your account.

Ok so stupid question...once I have the photo and name from the customer, do I have to send the design to printify to make and ship or is it something you upload to Etsy and send to printify. @maryhimebaugh63902 ай бұрын
You buy a mug for 4$. you sell it for $12.99. You now have $12.99 . You made( profit)$8.99. So in the case of the fee you go home with $10.99. You made an extra $6.99

Great ... but as someone who's just started on Etsy, I'm aware listing fees are minimal. But when you start to throw hundreds of templates at these things, listing fees soon add up with no guarantee of sales. Is there somewhere better to list for free? There's a definite loss there at the start and I don't know how many out there are making the big numbers claimed on these videos. It may be possible, with a lot of time and a little luck, but the majority I think will not get so far.

Yeah every 100 listings is $60 per year. I have 300+, so that's $240. Making sales doesn't equal profit either. I price my mugs at $15.95 each and have the buyer pay for shipping and if I profit $5, it's amazing. But let's be real, if you're charging $20+ for a mug, it'd better be pretty special.
