I will die on this hill; Christmas tree ornaments are one of the BEST souvenirs ever. Because even if they are “cringe” or obnoxious it’s Christmas time, that’s the vibes. Plus you don’t have to commit to having it out for more then on average 1 month a year. And each year when you pull out each ornament you are reminded of the places you have gone, and the people you met. Plus at most touristy places they are super easy to find.

Next time you’re in the UK I recommend Oxford or Birmingham, both have amazing Christmas markets and aren’t too expensive to stay in. Birmingham has a world-famous German Christmas Market and is a short train away from London centre!

Top tip: get a plastic cover for the clothbound pride and prejudice, as it'll make the print last longer. The pattern has a tendency to rub off on other books. and DO NOT try to take the sticker off the back: it will pull off the print. I learnt the hard way :')
