So my acronym for this 2020 is GOALS Graduate- so i am a graduating student, and in order to fulfill this i have to focus on my last thesis, and finish the remaining major examinationssss Open up- opening up in terms of i want to be more open to my family, and my friends. I want to share something that most of the time im keeping it to myself. Adventure- i am aiming to step out of my comfort zone and do a little adventure, may it be on indepencies, traveling, my craft and of course my passion. License- yessss! I am claiming it!! I know that God will help me get my engineering license this november!! and yes in order to get that, He will guide me throughout my board exam review. and above all Spiritual Maturity- I want to know more about my Savior! Honestly after 2020 I got discouraged to have goals and visions again. I felt planning is useless since at the end of the day “God’s plans prevail.” But of course that’s just the prodigal daughter in me trying to have all things in my own way. Not planning just proved how depraved I am and how hard it is to go around wandering in circles. I’m rewatching this because now I learned an important lesson in making these goals: our vision is not the final decision that God must answer, no matter how hard we planned about it and prayed for it (yea self-righteousness really gets us whining when we don’t get what we think we deserve). We need to seek God everyday and constantly realign our thoughts and goals to His plans for our lives. And that requires faith to submit to Him. Excited for what’s in store in 2022!
