The thing about waking up at the same time each day is to do with the circadian rhythm. It's your body's internal clock that means it know when it's time to wake up, go to sleep, eat etc without the need for you to properly look at the time :)

@@HannahMarling you can reset it but it involves several weeks of a very strict sleep/wake schedule. You have to go to bed at the same time each night and set an alarm to wake up at the same time each day (no exceptions). Your body then slowly adjusts to this 'new' rhythm and it will become natural :) I'm a super early riser too :)

The Salzburg Christmas Market in Austria is amazing plus any German Christmas market. You could do a round trip of them since the two countries are so close. Also there’s a village in France called Colmar which is apparently the place that Beauty and the Beast is based on - I can imagine the Christmas market there would be magical!! If you’re looking for a more local one, Bath is always a winner!

Ooh I had the Greggs vegan festive bake yesterday as it was free on their app from an email I had I do not like the filling at all 😂 mum loves their salted caramel latte me the mint hot chocolate all the way but my fave hit chocolate is the options mint or orange ones so makes sense I'd like that! 😂💖

We just got back from Bruges Christmas Market ! I would 100% recommend it. The Belgiums just know how to do Christmas and we drove on the euro tunnel which only took 3 hours from Surrey to Bruges which is the same amount of time it would take to get to Birmingham which is crazy

I’m Scottish and you’ve honestly not missed out on Edinburgh this year, the usual hosts pulled out a few months ago so it’s very very underwhelming this year, £8.50 for a portion of chips... and there’s hardly any stalls :(
