Do agree with not sharing anything until it's done. I'm going to continue to exercise but be more consistent with it. I'm going to read the Bible more (twice a day). I'm going to give up soda and drink more water this month. Also, eat clean.

Goes to show how important it is to be around the right people and environment. Your energy is on 🔥. I too have a challenge with lympidema on both my legs that started about six to seven years ago after a major surgery. I am coping, although I have my moments with it time after time. I’ve noticed that God has been calling me to fast but I kept ignoring him thinking that it was something that I couldn’t do or didn’t need to do. But then something just click in me thinking let me be obedient to His plans for me. So I decided for this week I was gonna fast from social media especially TikTok. And just focus on more one on one time with God from reading scriptures listening to sermons and worshipping. This is something new for me but I’m excited about.

Didn't know there was an awareness month for Lipedema. You are not alone... I've dealt with this my whole life as an African American woman. The swollen calves, ankles and feet that hurt. Not being able to find shoes and boots to fit. Having difficulty working out because it hurts. The muscle cramps, the numbness in your feet...I've experienced it all. All I can do is adapt and keep it moving.
