You did so well on the timing of clips with the music, all the parallels you made and the colouring how it brought out the reds of the show omg. I could seriously write an entire paper on the editing here - for glitter and gold, too, but I really feel like this is BETTER than glitter and gold, somehow - just - the directions - 1. hannibal walking forwards, will and hannibal walking forwards, then will walking forwards - all one direction (right) 2. follows will, through the bright red door 3. the timing on the door kicks, which are pretty much almost identical, the first one with hannibal in the background, the second one without 4. will raises the pole, hannibal raises the knife, completing the motion, will strikes down, hannibal strikes down, same direction and viciousness, with hannibal you see the blood which completes the motion 5. the timing on the punch/stab, also the same direction 6. hannibal closing the red door with us outside, which bookends the will kicking the door open with us inside 7. "you and i are just alike" facing the same direction 8. faces blurring, same angle 9. that slight muffle with will's face (same angle) underwater, simultaneously establishing the fbi bathroom setting 10. that very deliberate "sick of the same old people" lyric matching the cuts of people who hate each other - jack yelling also is included in this, and also thats just a hilarious moment hl;kjwlakjsdglakjsdg 11. will turning - good timing on the Punch Punch, also, attention on Jack i guess - direction of the punch is more rightward movements, which matches the way jack turns will - will turns after jack yells, jack punches the same direction, will completes the movement by finishing facing right 12. WHICH ALSO MIRRORS THE LEFT AND BACK OF THE BEGINNING, SO IF YOU RESTART THE VIDEO HANNIBAL'S WAITING BACK THERE FROM THE END AND YOU HIT PLAY AND HANNIBAL BEGINS WALKING FORWARD things i forgot to mention: 1. red, everywhere - good color filter :0000 2. alana comes up behind both Hannibal and Mason from the Right, both times 3. the timing is ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE on EVERYTHING 4. that swipe left and flicker, and then hannibal feints left 5. swoop around right right fowards UP UP UP from cassie onwards to will with the shotgun 6. drop shotgun left, drop knife left 7. the bouncing of the gun the bouncing of the knife, then that all matching the sound of jack knocking like will's still bouncing leftwards skidding to a stop 8. the absolute relevance of all the lyrics to the cuts (and the Wolves/Door bit which I forgot to mention oops) ok thats all thank you very much EDIT: ok my feelings on "This might be better than Glitter and Gold!/This might be better than Wolves" really does change depending on which AMV I've watched last so can I just say your sense of rhythm and direction/flow is IMPECCABLE and I respect you So So So Much for that ty
