@@VoidEternal Lol no. Most of the scrollers don't know they can aim using shift button. It's a pretty common thing in WoWs. Some even give excuses that they scroll because they don't have anything to do between shots. Which is BS.

Special Combat Instructions. They improve a specific characteristic of the ship (used to be only superships, but i think "normal" ones have it too now) by a determined amount of time. In Hannover´s case, it improves the secondary battery overall efficiency (range, fire rate, etc.), but it may vary (f.e. Satsuma and Ushakov see their main battery efficiency skyrocket).

С парашютом и реактивным ускорителем - предназначены для бомбометания с любых (в том числе и малых) высот. Бомба за счёт парашюта наклоняется до 60°, парашют отстёгивается и включается ракетный ускоритель.

Издание Defense Express объяснило, что парашюты используются для сброса двух видов снарядов: осветительных и кассетных. Осветительные сами по себе никакой угрозы не несут, а в случае сброса кассетных снарядов парашют используется для того, чтобы снаряд "разбрасывал" отдельные суб-боеприпасы.
