I miss Hanoi so much! I spent some time there back in 2019 and it's one of my favorite places in the entire world. Such kind people and incredible food! I spent way too many hours at The Note Cafe and Cộng Cà Phê people watching. Thank you for taking me back!

Nice video. No over speeding driving everywhere. Good. Observed following as a traffic police officer : 1. Some people, particularly ladies don't wear helmet 2. Some people don't seem to wear masks 3. People don't walk on foot path even though some foot paths have space. Thanks for nice video. Wish you all the best.

@A-T_Teitus2 жыл бұрын
@༼ཆ༽ the climate here in Kuwait is even more hotter than the vietnamese one, but we mostly use cars more than motorcycles because the cars have air conditioner plus it has a shade and it can protect from the suns Heat, while motorcycles don't have either air conditioner nor shades. anyway: I think it's one of their culture and they mostly use it, So I don't think it's related with the climate.
@A-T_Teitus2 жыл бұрын
@༼ཆ༽ what's wrong with tropical?? like it's Hot or what? If the climate isn't that hot also isn't cold, Then what benefit does using bikes have in a tropical county? even bikes aren't Good in a Rainy day.

Hmm. Really no french language signs on the street. Even in Seoul, Korea, there are mount of Japanese language billboards. Was this country once a part of french-speaking zone?
@sgcl106583 жыл бұрын
It was a long time ago. But the French influence is shown in their writings as they use Latin alphabet letters instead of Chinese characters.
@dueminh29003 жыл бұрын
After independence, we didn’t keep French language and before just the middle class could speak it. Vietnamese written is based on Portuguese, a bit French and German. We have many borrowed words from French as well.
