They've been bragging about how they successfully sabotaged Vietnam's economy and kept Vietnam down for decades by that war. So only the USSR helped. China only wanted to take advantage of the situation, and it caused more damages to Vietnam after the Vietnam War than it had ever 'helped' during it.

Business and military friends too, Russia in always supply it's friends with gas and oil cheaper than market price even before the war. In the army, almost all VIetmanese weapons are Soviet or Russian made and they have prooven them well in Vietnamese war. Cheap, robust and effective weapons, unlike over engineered astronimocally expensive Western crap

@@mrobocop1666 VietNam has its 4 no's policy. You can look it up. Essentially, vietnam will stay neutral. It wont help Russia militarily. The fact that russia sell its weapon, oil, and gas at a cheaper price is because that's the market price in Asia. It's nothing more than a business transaction. So, Putin in vietnam doesnt help him in terms of gaining advantages over Ukraine.
