As a Vietnamese that was born in Ha Noi, never seen an egg yolk in pho before, looks good though

Hi great video ! Some gentle constructive criticism: 1. Please invest in a microphone to improve the sound- we can barely hear you and there are lots of background noises in your video 2. Please taste the food at the end - that’s the most satisfying part of watching a food youtube video Keep up the great work!
