Dear Virginia, Greetings ! Do glad u came across this and like it. In Sikhism what u call a gazelle is called SHABAD. It is written in Sri Guru Granthsahjb. This a religious hymn. Pl visit any Sikh temple called Gurdwara . u will surely be blessed. On Sunday morning service they serve lunch called Langar at no charge. The meaning of this hymn first sentence is Pl somebody take me to my beloved God so I can meet him I will sell my self to him. Best wishes.

I have read such devotion for Guru in Rigveda.Hansraj’s music of all sabad is unique and different from other musicians.His sabad’s word power is strong and touching with high quality metaphysical thoughts. With it his classical melodious voice is mental nutrition for me.
