It's interesting how this song so accurately depicts the passage of time. I didn't even know the song was called "time" until 10 minutes after listening. I think the majority of people who hear this song will be flooded with past memories of their life . It's amazing how a song/chord structure can invoke such similar thoughts/emotions in all of us.

I remember so many events in my life, the good and the bad, but dwelling in the past has made me feel depressed, lonely and insane. So listening to this, as I struggle internally and eternally, I try to see and understand better things in life, but honestly, I don't. I slept with my earphones on playing random acoustic chill music and this came up during my deep sleep phase it was accompanied with a strange and heart wrenching dream where I went through a terrible adventure and somehow lost all of my loved ones whenI came back and ended up in what looked like a deserted town all people were gone, my family, friends, no one.... It drove me insane and I cried a lot after that I woke up and I realized this was playing on loop and tears were on my face. Now that I think about it.... The dream reminds me of the Interstellar movie. This was so strange because I don't usually have dreams like this but I guess the music on the background affected my subconscious to create this dream. Anyway, this also made me reflect and think of those in real life who lost their loved ones in an accident or something. Life must me dark from their perspective. Everyone must cherish their time with the people they care about and build emotional resilience cause who knows? You may lose everything one day and if you're not strong enough your life will turn completely black and you will suffer miserably.
