About a dozen years ago I came home from work and wanted to hear the Hammond B3 so I got on youtube and discovered my favorite jazz organist Barbara Dennerlein. Now I discovered her interview on my favorite internet jazz station. Life is good!

Barbara Dennerlein has been my favorite Hammond Organist for many years, probably since we lost the great Jimmy Smith. I left the Bay Area in 1990 (after Loma Prieta, I had enough death and destruction.) But, I would have loved to come hear Barbara in my home town, maybe at the Douglas Beach House? Barbara, if you're reading this, I love your smile, Babe. Please accept my sincere thanks for your great energy, generosity, and love for jazz.

​@@hans1970-- thanks Hans. Barbara is indeed, one of the all time greats -- a genius of the organ. I know the OP meant this as a compliment, but the use of today's crude slang is not always the best way to express oneself. 😉
