This Hanse has a Shoal Keel allowing her to explore shallower waters, a Raymarine 12″ Axiom plotter at the helm to aid navigation and an electric windlass to make anchoring easier when exploring.

A nice buy for someone by the look of it. If me, I'd get the New Engine Run in and ready for its first Service in time for Winter Haulout tbh, and get some Solar added with a Rear Cockpit Arch to keep things electrical ticking along nicely - though avoid those flexible solar panels (stick with rigid Monocrystalline Panels on the Arch)as despite their Massive expense those Flexible ones can be in the Trash bin inside 3 years. You "might" get 5 years out of the Best German Flexis - Monocrystalline Digid Panels can still be delivering useful levels of Power after 25 years service. Polycrystalline Panels are generally fininished in 6 to 7 years (sources for that info Include a Florida Based Solar Panels Tester, who has been employed in depth testing them since the 1980's for the Likes of Space hardware Companies. My last Sailboat had New Polycrystalline Panel among the Monocrystalline ones, to Test if the new Generation ones had an improved Service !ife. Next Sailboat, tbh, it wouldn't hurt to have a pair of Polycrystalline Panels to expand the Testing potential a bit. Drifted off a bit there, but as the Boat clearly needs a bit of Solar , it's worth having a bit of Background insight into the options available, as in general, Certified Alternative Energy Advisers, do tend to be Very Enthusiastic Promoters, but sadly along with it do tend to be Clueless idiots chasing a Commission. I have a Cousin who is one of these Highly Qualified Clueless idiots Sad to Say, and Right now, he is Pushing very Expensive Heat Pumps that Just Can't deliver Heat when you need it - Air Heat Pumps Fail to provide heat when the air temperature drops below about 6 degrees C, and unless you live somewhere Volcanic like Iceland where Volcanic Heat can replace the Heat Extracted, or very close to Hot Springs, then all Ground Heat Pumps are going to end up doing, is Creating Permafrost Cold Spots. You CAN Create an economic Heat Store System, that Scavenges Summer Heat into a well insulated Mass, that is available for heating for about half of the year, But it isn't Cheap and has to be built Under a New Construction Building. I designed one for a Timber Frame manufacturing company, along with a design that Delivered 95% of the Energy Savings of the Canadian R2000 Standard, for 5% of the Cost.
