Even though I'm not a Poch fan but I wish a season is allowed for him to prove himself. Arsenal had same experience with Aretha but patient with him has allowed us to see his great management. You need to be respectful of players first of all, stop your insults and focus on the news instead of insults. I admire German coaches and they have proven to be hardworking, the English is good and they can communicate very well. That's one major thing that someone whom understood Football will always know and never write off this Poch error... Tactically he's lazy, commit blinders with subs, failure to undermined and read games and taking him over 30 games + for him to know his best attackers and defense. This is poor... No wonder Mbappe had issues with him in PSG. He's total failure to me not deserving my team CHELSEA but with Hansi Flinck and Amorim never get De Zerbi they'll be great with young effective mobile players and bring their best ability as well... I trust them both. For us to have them if I'm the owner, I'll get both AMORIM and FLINCK cos Amorim as Coach and FLINCK as CEO & sporting director of Chelsea next season.
