I can understand the effort required to put together such gem of knowledge but I would request you to give a thought so that this video reaches large number of people. Jai Hanuman, I read somewhere that when Hanumanji was stuck with Indra's Thunder Bolt , His father Vayu took Hanumanji into a cave and sealed it, as he wanted Hanuman to revive and the Deva's could not interfere into this process. As a result the whole world had no Air circulating and all the deva's than panicked and asked Vayu to come out of the cave . Than Vayu Deva replied that on one condition that all the Devas to forgive Hanumanji and attribute their strengths and capabilities to Hanumanji. Rest of the epic is the same.

Hi Om sir, thanks for this video. There is a movie called ‘Monkey Man’ which I believe is inspired off hanuman ji, which I heard the director mention in an interview. However like you explained, hanuman ji is a vanara not a monkey. I love the way you described this as a colonial legacy, absolutely true - it was until your videos I was also blinded by it. I had a question: what was Hanuman ji called before being struck on the chin? Did he have a birth name? If he did, why do we use hanuman all the time, even Tulsidas ji in his Ramayan? And do we know who first named him ‘Hanuman’? (Also I realised the name ‘Hanuman’ itself seems as if it is a precursor to ‘human’)

Thanks for sharing .I just want to share an insight which I got when I was listening through Tulsidas's story where he tried to write verses again and again but failed I learned from my life experience that in life we also fail in doing something again and again and when we don't achieve it should be understood through a mix of our own intellect that one should leave it and try to find another path through a mix of divine, spritual and one's own knowledge and experience. Question is how to know wheather we are right path ? Answer is "Your heart will let you know"

I can understand the effort required to put together such gem of knowledge but I would request you to give a thought so that this video reaches large number of people. In the age of AI, if the technology could be leveraged that would be great as it was done for the conversation between PM Modi and Bill Gates wherein Our indigenous bhashini ai was used. Only thing would be to cross verify the output post the English to Hindi translation. Sujith Nair

Oh my god, did Bhagwan listen to my doubts and provide the answers through your video!? :) I have been reading the hanuman challisa on and off. But full disclosure here - I think I have somewhere also doubted it because it is in Hindi / Hindi-like , and not in Sanskrit. When its astounding efficacy is proclaimed, (and my personal beliefs are also in alignment now), I have also questioned in my mind about why does it work - given the mantras are not in Sanskrit, how can it be effective if the roots or the beej mantras are not sounded , that these verses were developed far more recently compared to the ancient texts/ mantras Your video does provide some answers… would appreciate if you can shed some light in your ongoing videos about the etymology of some of the words/ linkage with Sanskrit mantras. Thank you!
