The eastern languages developed independently from maghdi prakrit and eventually drifted apart at some point or other and way before Hindi. But they were forcibly kept under Hindi dialect. Sumana, I have the greatest respect for MS amma, and only for sharing information, since the 1980s MS Rama Rao ( unrelated to Subbalakshmi amma) widely made the hanuman chalisa popular with his telugu version of it. It is said that the last few verses of it were completed by Hanumanji himself when Rama rao sir was unwell. His Sundara kanda is equally popular. Please listen once 🙏. And no doubt, Sid is also a legendary in the making🙂

When I heard you singing Hanuman Chalisa for the first time I literally broke into to tears for 30 minutes and I had a realization that we are all parts of Divine and ONENESS is true .
