Yes we can be all proud saying he is a Kerala born Indian, but his rap influence is definitely from the west where he was raised. So we all need to calm down with claiming him to be Indian. His accent and flow has influence from Memphis Texas, and artists from there.
@porothashawarma23393 ай бұрын
Yeah but like the guy here said , he’s represented India in its most natural form through the well of death . This is most relatable, nostalgic thing to a lot of us and that’s what makes him Indian and close to his roots as well as being cosmopolitan and international at the same time . A true representation of globalized modern India .
@TheGeorgeous3 ай бұрын
@@abhiget000 Claiming him, is not claiming his success. His achievement is pioneering a global hit , in Memphis flow based in India with Indian artists. Which is a huge inspiration for others to dream and try to do the same. A lot of Indian artists do not have the large English speaking audience they deserve here , which is why their global recognition is something amazing. The fact that he did it, without guarantee for success , grinding for many years here and not in Texas. Makes it a very Indian, Bengaluru, Kerala Achievement. Memphis to Malappuram to Madiwala, no cap.

No no no! These are double references we pour ashes too! It’s a crazy double meaning. All Of it even references to the south. It’s so dense with meaning! Same thing is true about RRR it hits at multiple levels of abstraction! Don’t you get it? It’s multilevel multi meaning delivery!! Nothing else in universe achieves this only words and art.
