Hey Nelly's. The varifocal bullet camera actually has a motorized zoom lens, allowing you to remotely zoom and focus. Please don't adjust the lens manually with your fingers as you could damage the lens mechanism. The cover comes off of the bullet camera for the SD card slot, the reset button, the desipack, and lens rotation. To rotate the lens for hallway mode for the dome camera, rotate from the ribbed section at the back of the camera head. Thanks!

Thanks for the kind words! 2 cameras cannot take the same IP address. This would cause an IP conflict and most likely neither camera would function properly until they have different IP addresses

Hi, Tyler! Awesome videos as usual! Can you please tell me which Cameras would offer the best night vision? We have a lot of lights on our home but CLARITY is of utmost importance! We want Cameras that we could make a persons face out very clearly and license plates at night. Do Turrets have the best night time picture, or something else? Please let me know. I am interested in a 16 channel NVR so we want awesome quality video with whatever cameras that you choose for us. I dont think I would want these cameras or the brand. Not interested in Cameras that come apart. Thank you.
