It's been a while since I last watched TROS!! I miss Haoh and Gary a lot. I'm still not used to how Koreans add a number to their age. If Haoh is only 45 months, he's just 3.75 years old!! He's still a baby but he sure feels like a 5-year-old or maybe even a 15-year-old hahahaha with his sense and eloquence.

In most East Asian culture, you add 1 year to your age. When you was born, you are already 1 year old. In this case, Haoh will be 3.75+1= 4.75. And then they round up to 5 years old.
