Haolonggood Xenoceratops

About time Haolonggood got to their long teased ceratopsians. Xenoceratops is an obscure species and it’s nice to see other companies giving it some love. Both versions sport a nice natural color scheme. The grey version just pops with those vivid colors on the frill. Both are a great addition to your #dinosaurtoys collection. #dinosaur

Both figures seem fantastic to me, but there is one thing I don't like (and that haolonggood has done in other figures)... those lines like snaking worms

Unfortunately this is a particularly bad example of the effect of the (white) squiggly lines in ruining an otherwise nice paint scheme. This has been criticized over and over again by many people and in several reviews, but this keep reappearing every once in a while. The white squiggly lines really look like painted with a marker pen. Less would definitely more here, and Haolonggood has many times demonstrated that they can do without these lines and arrive at a much nicer paint design.

Not as bad as the white but the black lines on the brown also look pretty bad. Their paint schemes have honestly turned me off from buying their figures.
