Wow Bah Robert, this was really insightful and helpful 🙌 The only department that creates new jobs or positions yearly is the Police department in our state. Otherwise all other departments are on contractual basis with no future security/prospects. Thank you for explaining what "Career counseling" really means. It was helpful, because we only see people doing business with students' anxiety when we actually want someone to counsel us and show us the way. Reading and Libraries being a must, love that point too 😊 Every generation has their ups and downs, but like you said, looking up to Someone who you can learn from is precious 💞 Thank you 🙌
