We prefer to teach children abstinence until they are old enough to take responsibility whether or not the fathers are present. In addition cases of child abuse or rape are the ones to be taught in schools that children are sensitize to report any form of abuse. Thereafter the relevant authorities assist with proper channels of ensuring best health care and legal issues you are referring to. The audience you are trying to reach with this message and the effect thereof is not correct
