Haphazard High Country Adventure with mates- Part 1

Back in Jan 2019 John and I did a 5 day trip through the high country in horrendous heat. It turned out to be one of the best trips I've ever been on. This trip was based on doing much the same routes but cutting out some of the more treacherous tracks like Billy Goats Bluff. This riders included two fairly new motorbike riders with very little experience riding the rugged high country tracks.
My companions on this trip are:

This video is part 1 or 2 in the series. It starts out all fun and laughs but after a tough second day on the bikes, patiences were tested and one person decided they wanted out. Enjoy!

That old railway line was a narrow gauge line the same as the old beechy.

The screen is a Parabellum, I purchased it from Adventure Bike Australia. It cost about $150, it is great because it pushes the wind a little higher almost over my head and gives me a space to keep my sunglasses and a rag behind the screen. Thanks for watching.👍
