Nice comparison.. Puma and power range of bata also has gd memory foam ,soft sole shoes.. I personally like them more than sketchers.. Next M gonna buy crocs as per ur review.. Thanks.

Hi Advaita. Skechers isn't a bad choice. To be honest, no shoe is perfect because we all have different feet types. In my video, I showed the good and bad of these brands based on my experiences. This should help you make an informed choice when you buy shoes and sandals based on what you want.

Worst customer care service. I have returned a product and they say that I have used it. He came to that conclusion since I had returned it after few days of delivery. I had time for the return when I checked the order details so took some time to think about it. Finally decided to return since I thought 3k for a casual pair of shoes is a lot and I could get other good brand in deals for this amount. They should check the bottom of the sole to know whether I have used that product or not. When I ask this question to him, he hung up on me!!! I call back and no one picks up.

Hi Saisree. Sorry to hear about your bad customer support experience. Trust me, when I bought my pair from Happenstance they were quick and good. They even WhatsApp me for size confirmation. However, over the years I have received various comments from viewers complaining about their poor customer support. Currently, I am also going through similar experience with another brand I made a video for called Blinglane. I'm happy you decided to speak up and comment to let others know about the poor customer support behaviour and communication. I got the shoes back from happenstance. There is no abrasion at the bottom of sole. I can post the pictures. I made a mistake of not taking pictures/vedio when I opened the product first time. The customer service don't pickup my calls anymore. I returned the product in the exact way I received it but got accused of using them and they sent it back 😢 this is also kind of mental harrasment. There is no one to listen to your version.

Happenstance is developing brand so they take some time to upload their company History .

When this review was made Happenstance website had no About Us segment, they do now. Even a small start up firm does have some details about the company location, mission, vision and how it was formed. All that was missing which made me feel that the company wasn't transparent about themselves. Hence, I agree to disagree with your comment.
