Brother as you said that the bank will charge around 2.5% money as exchange... Doing the calculation with rate you showed you actually paid 5%-6% to that guy so i think you're mis informing people.. as you mentioned that the current rate at the time of the video was 20.61 doing the math it will be 10300 aprox for 500 dirham but you paid 10900 which is almost 6% and if you had use your normal sbi card as you mentioned you would have paid only 10550
