i saw this show a few weeks ago, and i was squatting on the ground bawling my eyes out by the end. disney magic is really something else. i cant explain how or why this show touched me so much, but it did, and i dont think ill ever view disney the same way again. you recorded it beautifully ❤️

Thank you so much!!! Did the best job i could. This show always gets me in my feelings it was my first time recording with the 8k camera, so after seeing how much everyone enjoyed it I'll be going back to re record some spots and record some new angles late next year.

It's because we all have grown up in Disney at some point in our lives whether it was the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, 10s, 20s, it all touched us in a way that can't be explained. I grew up in the 90s so I had The Lion King, Aladdin etc yeah I have mixed feelings with Disney nowadays because of how they go about their ways but still I grew up with it and just watching this alone got me emotional

Can anything in the world top this experience? After seeing this live I understood why Disney World is so beloved. I heard of the fireworks show before but nobody told me it would me tear up.

When I was a kid, we were too poor to go to Disney. I had a chance when I was 7 or 8 to go with my dad, but I turned it down to go to the beach instead- Lion King was always our movie, and Simba and Mufasa’s relationship was ours. He died in 2017; when I went to Disney this past spring I couldn’t stay to catch this show, I had to get home. As I was boarding the ferry, that was precisely when Mufasa said “remember who you are.” I had instant chills. Thanks, Dad.

Disney made the right call by bringing back 'Happily Every After' great job disney. They almost changed it to some other god awful firework show. Glad its back. Hopefully to stay.

nice close ups of castle and the shots from Contemporary was a nice touch. i was just going to upload my own copy a few days ago then i notice the last 8 min 2 people were blocking 40% of my shot. bummer. im going back in a week to get some more angles and staying at Contemporary 1 night just to get a view from there. What camera and lens did you use. im just getting in to better cameras. what setting did you use. do you film in full auto or set iso and aperture manually.

You could just go to the bar a California Grill and watch fireworks from there at night its a lot cheaper. My iso is on auto bc of the color changes but wouldn't run anything over 300.

Make sure focus is set manually on the entire shot, having it on auto messed up my tinkerbell scene. Shot everything in 24 fps bc 30 was so out of focus. We have our 2024 version coming out Friday shot from all 5 angles.

thanks for the reply @@CoasterOutlaws . Thanks for tip on California Grill. I got a small DVC contract at Boardwalk and I've been using points to stay at different resorts just far a night or 2 just to check them out. in a few year hope to stay at all for at least on night.

Recorded the Audio with a different mic than the camera then, edited the studio version into it and spliced it in 1 track
