Firstly happy birhday soph. Awesome gifts u got. I suffer with back problems too. I know how bad those spasms get. Goes down your legs and you literally lock up. You should have got a Voltaren inj and had an anti-inflammatory tablet. I wear morphine back patches every third day a new one. Wow what a difference. Hopevit gets better soon. Walk around so the muscles don't set

Ouch my back went a few years ago my GP gave me some Naproxen, like ibuprofen but stronger - they worked a treat. Happy Birthday Soph

Happy Birthday Sophie hope you had a really good one. I remember this saying from when I was sixteen but never really understood it sweet sixteen and never been kissed Steve have you ever heard of that saying. I’ve been to whisby garden centre to the works and I got a fidget box with 25 things in and a Harry Potter sticker book which I’m really enjoying doing. And hoping tomorrow I’m hoping going to go to pennells to see what things I can pick up from the works there as it most likely be different as not all of the works are the same as the internet one is different too as we found that out today.
