Im a bit confused with the new free recruitment tickket, did us player only can recruit a Dupe AG? Or we could recruit new AG That we didnt have? Could you explain it to me?

If u mean the one the costs 120 pity points, u can select an AG of your choice in the list. If u mean the orange ticket for MA units, its a random draw that gives u a MA unit u don't own.
