You are right Ethan. We are doing carnivore eating, actually ketovore. Have lost 14 pounds in 5weeks! Gotta keep rolling. Meat and veggies with water, unsweet tea or black coffee. It works.

That’s very close to what I’m doing, though I add in eggs and zero carb cheeses like Provolone.

Happy 4th of July, my friend! Keeping you both in my prayers. You’re about the same weight that I am. What is your height? I’m at 6 feet, and I’m 61. I have been going to the gym and doing cardio for years, but have learned that it’s all about intake, as you know. It’s very frustrating when your metabolism slows way down and we can no longer eat the way that we used to. My wife and I have the same weight struggles going on, and she is on diabetic meds. I wish there was an easy answer :) God bless you my friend!

Thank brother, I’m 6 foot and 62. My wife is 64. At the age bracket when playing games are over. Gotta start doing better. You are right. It starts with the fork lifting more than the weight lifting. Happy 4th buddy.
