Hi Kate!!! Question…I’d like to try peel base. How do I use it? One coat on my nail and let dry. Then go in with regular base and proceed with my dip mani? The first time I tried it it didn’t work. I only used peel base and proceeded with my mani but before I got to my top coat I could peel everything off. Nothing ever dried! Please help.
