Happy Birthday, Tom! Making Tom’s Birthday Card

It's Tom's birthday today and I made him this card! I thought it would be fun to share the process with you and we could celebrate his birthday together. Tom LOVES silhouette style cards and scene cards, so I created this because it's both. I've made a similar card to this one before but it's so quick and easy, it's worth doing again for his birthday! If I had a silhouette bike stamp or little camper, I would have popped it on top. (On my to-design list!)
