Leah Baker - Thank you soo much! It's 'cuz I'm a professionally trained mascot and am passionate about my job. CEC employees are typically hired based on the department they are being hired for: Cashier, Kitchen, Gameroom or Showroom. Chuck E is not a position you can get hired for as everyone is required to do him. However, no one is required to have prior mascot experience. They just want to be hired for their department and want other people to do Chuck E for them because they don't like Chuck E 'cuz they're lazy and unfit. They just got hired 'cuz It's a job.

MouseLPS - Thank you, but I don't need your feedback. I got 2 complements from 2 seperate guests for my performance today. I preformed it very similar to what I did in the video. The one guest told me his daughter never budged during the shows. He said My Chuck E got her dancing 'cuz of my high Energy. My manager also complemented me again as well. I told him "someone on KZbin said I had too much energy." He replied "Well, obviously he's never had any kids". If anyone would know it's him. He's been working for the Company for 17 years and said he's never seen a better Chuck E. Even my District Tech agrees I'm the best in the district, Matt the Franchise agree's I'm one of the top Chucks in the company, and CEC Florida told me he LIKES my movements. If anyone's opinion is valid, it's those who have worked for the Company for many years and those who professionally preform as Chuck E. They are the only valid opinions I will listen too. Sorry...

When you receive new shoes, the shoes are tight and hard to walk in. Once you break them in to your feet they're smoother to dance in, but still tight. We change our shoes every so often. When they get too loose to wear, or damaged, we dump them out and replace them with new hard pieces, keeping the old Shoe Covers to cover the new Shoe hard pieces with when we receive them from Cowin. They should fit you like a sandal and be tight. If they are too loose they are a potential hazard to walk in, since it's easier to trip up in your shoe or lose your shoe. Improper shoe wearing also causes the shoes to become damaged. Make sure your wearing your shoes properly and don't step on the cushion backing when getting out of the Shoe or you will smosh your support!

Yeah... our shoes are in desperate need of repair. They are sooo loose and broke down. Our Chuck E head doesn't even have teeth anymore :-/

EarthyAnnie - They should be replacing your shoes every so many months (as well as your hands). Tell your Tech or GM to send you new Hard Pieces for the Shoes. Tell them it's a hazard and that staff will preform better for the guests with new shoes and keep the Red Shoe Covers. Our company looks bad if Chuck E is missing his teeth. Chuck E needs to be uniform at all locations. He can't have teeth at one store and not have teeth at another. That breaks magic. If after talking to your GM and/or your Tech and they still don't send you new Shoes and give you teeth for your head, then call Corporate and have corporate deal with it.
