I am saddened that the original voice cast isn't around because their voice work is what I enjoyed when connecting with them. (Monica Franco as Vaggie, Edward Boscoe as Alastor, and Mic Lauer as Husk; Monica's voice made me feel like I had a bond with Vaggie, especially how she's always watching over Charlie and stands by her side.) It’s so weird to finally see this coming out after years of uncertainty (not to mention even more uncertainty over the past few months because of the strikes). I remember watching the Hazbin pilot back in the beginning of 2020, and I immediately fell in love with the world and the characters that inhabit it. Seeing this series come to fruition is so weird to see, but that doesn’t make me any less excited for all of this! Round of applause to Viv, A24, Bento Box and Prime Video! Also, Blake Roman as Angel Dust sounds so goddamn good! I cannot wait to hear him sing in the show!
