Omg! Yes, I 100% agree about anger. It's honestly the most useful emotion for me because it helps me to get stuff done and be productive. If I'm angry about my space being a mess or something, it helps me to get it cleaned a lot faster! Anger is so motivating for me. There can be downsides to anger of course, but there is just such negativity around anger and I hate to see it. It honestly just depends on what you do with your emotions, like with any emotion. So glad you talked about that in this video, thank you
