There are many reasons across India subscribed to the celebration of Deepavali.. North India celebrates for the day of Lord Rama in the Sarayu River, south India celebrates for Lord Krishna killing the demon Naragasuran. The spirit of festival is same everywhere.. The sweet you are eating at 21.30 is stuffed gulab jamun or stuffed kala jamun may be. Many of the sweet you ate were made of khoya/mava(solidified milk)
