Steve I would call the police and say her dogs are dangerous and have chased you into you're house and you've got children and they bit scruff. Dog owners can get into trouble if they don't act responsibly and she clearly isn't. She let her dogs come into YOUR garden and hurt your dog and could have hurt the kids and this isn't the first time. Seek some advice Hun x

Oh that neighbor - any court in the land would find for you (if it ever came to that) with her dogs in YOUR yard. She's crazy. I agree with Shellx85x. Bad enough to hurt poor Scruff in his own yard but what if it had been one of the kids??? Happy kids out there with their adorable costumes. SO glad that Jasmine came too! So sorry to hear about poor scruff. So not your fault. Here in my City if a dog bites another dog or human off to the pound they go for 10 days to observe them, check for up to date vaccines, You always watch scruff and are excellent dog owners. Your neighbours sound crazy.

If I had to guess, I'd think the neighbor was drinking. Nothing she said made much sense. But I'd like to join in encouraging you to keep pursuing it with the council - those dogs will just keep getting worse & worse until something is done. Kids looked like they had a ball on Halloween. I live a couple of blocks from a street that has thousands of kids show up (they really do it up big, decorating all the houses), so the kids don't even bother stopping at my house. Of course, I have to buy some halloween candy "just in case" and then end up eating it all.

Your neighbour sounds terrible, I definitely agree with what shellx85x said as she doesn't seem to care and sort her dogs and the gate out. but I hope something gets sorted for you as its definitely not your fault. Like everyone else has been saying i can't believe your neighbours attitude, her dogs came onto your property and attacked your dog, that's wrong on every level. She know's she hasn't got an argument so she starts to throw personal comments at you. Scruff Bag is so lovely and i genuinely feel sorry for him being on edge to go in his own garden. Well done Steve on giving the message that it isn't the dogs it's the owners that make them bad. I have 2 staffordshire bull terriers and they a snuggle monsters and nothing else. But this needs sorting phone the rspca or police and get them out you or your pets only have to feel threatened for them to do something about it. Also if the dog is in your garden again and you feel safe enough to keep it on a lead phone the dogs warden they will have to pay to get them back and they will be educated on being a good dog parent.

lf nothing gets done when you go to the council and it happens again (fingers crossed it doesn't it), contact the police straight away. My dog was attacked by another dog in a park a few years ago and his owner did not step in to help. Some people just don't deserve animals!

You should ring the RSPCA & tell them the neighbours dogs are out of control & keep attacking Scruff. If they are dogs that bite other dogs then there is a big problem there! Also maybe inform the police,tell them you fear for your childrens safety as the dogs are out of control & your neighbour isn't willing to keep them secure enough.I worry if you don't act on this,it will just get worse & it could be one of the kids next! :( very very out of order!! I see you all as friends & i would hate for any of you to end up hurt :( xxxxx

happy halloween to you all, the kids looked great and lovely that Jasmine, Val and Bill came to have fun, party food my favourite, they all done so well with all of their sweets, I am so annoyed about your neighbour, poor scruff you can tell it has upset you all, to use personal abuse to you about your job situation and that she had her dogs first just shows she is not a very intelligent person, if it was me I would be apologising that my dogs had attacked scruff and try to sort the situation, i would personally go to the council as those dogs were on your property, tell them that you and your family do not feel safe in your own garden and hopefully they will do something about it. I hope scruff is a bit better today and not so scared to go out, on a lighter note next time make sure you dont get in Bills space lol that made me laugh, take care Steve and try to enjoy the rest of your weekend

Just catching up with the dog stuff... I'm so blooming tempted to report them to the police but I don't want to make trouble for you so won't, but I really feel for you all. Why do we have to put with narrow minded judgemental people who think they're in the right. I've had my dogs first lmao... It's like saying "I had my kids first"... "they can beat yours up all they like". I just hope it gets sorted through the council for you. I think you should take along some pics of Scruff's wounds and pics of the fence too and try and secretly record them the next time they're causing problems x

My blood is boiling! I can't believe that woman has allowed her dogs into your garden yet again and that this time poor little scruff bag has been terrified and injured. That woman does not deserve to own dogs. I bet you were shook up too. Having two big vicious dogs almost get into your house. It doesn't bare thinking about what might have happened if they had have got in. I hope the council do something this time because your famiky are not safe while those dogs are out and you will have a new born baby there in a week. If the council don't help then go to the police. Oh gosh I'm so sorry to hear that, it's not on! You can have a dog, it's just she's a little bit of a fruit loop! Who in the right mind says that! But if she had secured them in and made sure they didn't destroy the fence then it wouldn't be happening! Next time ring the dog warden explain that you have a dog and children and they'll come out to investigate! Looks like the kids had loads of fun! take care

Poor Scruff, I hope the little guy is doing better. Definitely NOT your fault, and I am so sorry it happened again and this time they almost got in. This is serous and I hope the council does something. You have a family to protect and that women has no right to blame you, question your adulthood and above all last time I check raising kids and cleaning a house is a full time job on its own. Poor Scruff, I know its the last thing you need, that women next door sounds stupid to me, what does it matter who had a dog first? If scruffs injury gets infected send her the vet bill. A great big Doberman jumped over the garden fence at our puppy yesterday it didn't hurt her thank god but nearly gave me a heart attack. great costumes x

I am so angered by your neighbour, Steve seriously you have to call the police and put in a complaint, get as much on paper as possible, she doesn't deserve dogs - she can't take blame when her beeping dogs are in your garden trying to get in your house...who does she think she is telling you what your situation is, stupid cow.
