HAPPY HANDSTANDS - tips for improving balance

Here are some tips to help improve your handstands
I am a happy hand stander and these tips definitely helped me rule my handstand

nice handstands! my only tip would be try to make the ambient noise/music a little bit lower, so we can hear that voice of yours better x

I do handstand pushups. I used to do them without the wall but I have to use the wall now so I don’t fall. I’m 6’2” so I had a few close calls that hurt landing on foreign objects
