No it isnt, because for doing the glitch, you gotta do something special: 1. Play the 1st mission of in GTA 5 Singleplayer. 2. When you are in the mission, get a friend a to send you a request to play GTA V Online. 3. When you are out in the snow go in cover, and then accept the request. 4. Now fly over to the spot, and your friend and you will be able to see North Yankton :) (So no, its not North Yankton.
