Hongra is 26 now, I think. Happy Birthday! Maybe a bit older than other cheerleaders, but unsurpassed in beauty.

Lee AYoung is what? 32 or 33? Lee Dan Bi (Dan Fei) is even older. Attitude and enthusiasm and not phoning it in helps a lot. Injuries are real though. I think Hongra was out of action for a couple of months in 2023.

@dlewis9760 Yeah, there is even a cheerleader for SSG that is over 40! Sometimes I think that after age 25 they should retire. Look at their dance routines and routines of American cheerleader. It's not even comparable in difficulty. American cheerleaders are capable and perform all kinds of movements, gymnastics, and others. Korean cheerleaders pretty much do child like dances. It's a bit silly, IMHO. Hongra is beautiful and all, but maybe it's time to do something else.

@@Vdoom777Asian cheerleading is more like NBA cheerleading than College + NFL Football. I'm not big into the gymnastics. Their "Mission" is to get fans into the seats and to get the crowd into a frenzy. I think they perfectly fulfill that role. Asian sports and cheerleaders is much more entertainment than sports. You go for the bang for buck. US sports treats sports like a religion. They treat it like a party. I can't imagine US baseball allowing music and dancing DURING play on the field. Also, it's not MLB level talent on the field. It's more like minor league baseball. And pretty girls sure beats Beer + Hot Dog half price night. Taiwan looks to be AA+, Korea AAA and Japan AAA+ even if Taiwan just won World Baseball Classic. Do you know in Taiwan that it's fairly common to have pole dancers on the roofs of Jeeps in the funeral processions? Also in parades. And exotic dancers in the street in front of the funeral homes. Usually done by the family of the deceased and the deceased was loaded and he wants everyone to remember him. A lot of people there think it's tacky. I saw some parade on KZbin in the last 6 months by KZbinr Taiwan Walker. Might have been in Keelung or the Taipei Airport. The jeeps and exotic pole dancers were out in force as part of the parade. But, that's Taiwan. Not sure about Korea.

@dlewis9760 Yeah, I've seen that pole dancing in suggested videos. I was like, what's going on here, but I had no idea it was for a funeral service. That is crazy. Surreal even. I understand that Asians do it differently, but I'm sure there is a youngin that wants to cheer, so why is an old maid holding her back? Korea already has a problem with child birth. These ladies should be doing that rather than being up on stage. It's whatever. It doesn't really affect me that much. Even NBA cheerleaders do high kicks and splits. They do way more than that thumb Pikki dance. It's fine. Keep on keepin' on.
