Really enjoy your videos. Have only been to Dodoma, Arusha, and Kondoa. Spent most of the time in Kondoa. Really loved the people and pace of life. Being from USA and a not African American, I still felt like I was home. No place on earth I'd rather be. Love Africa..

Thanks Imani....but plse next time do visit the local food points, Tanzania is known to have a varieties of organic foods. For someone who has not been in Tanzania or Dar-es-salaam will think that the only food one could get in towns is chips and chicken and meat and pizas..Otherwise keep the good job.

That's why east Africa is so vibrant with East Africans a fusion of nice happy people. Thank you for your beautiful video walking tour of Dar Es Salam city.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful time walking around the area. I love 💗 everything you showed on this episode. I was looking at the chai ☕️ people on the streets, great way to hustle and make ends meet. But what about the trust factor?
@InspireForTravel3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! In regards to the trust factor, from my experience I haven't had any issues purchasing chai from them, nevertheless there will be specific sellers some people chooses to buy from. Do consider that this vlog is in a cosmopolitan city , in other regions and especially in the rural areas; cultural beliefs/superstitions may play a great part in who an individual chooses to buy tea from on the streets.

Just to point out that people From India have come here Long before the Europeans. The Indians have been Sailing to east African coast and trading . There are ancient Temples in the south India With carving of giraffes. The giraffe is not indigenous To India. Metal smelting technology Was transferred from the Interior of Tanzania to India Thro dar es salaam. This was a superior grade iron. The British played a huge role In bringing Indians to Africa. During the world war I .Indian troops fought against the Germans. There is photo graphic evidence of this. Priory to the British .Indians Had made their mark. The Portuguese used a Gujarati Sailor who they found on the east African coast. This man navigated them to India. This is a claim the Indians Can make that they have been Here from the ancient times. The Indians have contributed Greatly to east Africa in Mostly positive way. Mostly Non aggressive. I think Hinduism has played a part. Hinduism has not been imposed on Africa Never. The others who came here Can speak for themselves.
