Yum!! I've only had jajangmyeon a couple times and both times it were pretty sweet.. is the authentic version supposed to be sweet? Also, are the noodles in the jajangmyeon the same as the ones in jjamppong? They look the same.

If you’re from OC like Michelle, check out Peking Gourmet addy, 9092 Garden Grove Blvd, Ste A, Garden Grove, CA 92844 The jjajangmyun is soooo good! And such a good deal One the best in oc they have been there for over 20 years. Highly recommend!

I pinned my comment at the top of where I got my food! But I agree with Lola, Peking Gourmet is one of the OG Chinese/Korean restaurants. I have been going there since I was a little girl and I went there for my high school graduation dinner. I will say they are amazing, however if you want something as simple as just jjajangmyun and jjamppong, I think my place I mention up top makes it way better!

Sadly I just watched a documentary about the delivery service in Korea. The overwork and underpayment of the workers is becoming detrimental. They are being pay less than 2 dollars to deliver very far and their lives are in danger from the overcrowding :/
