Fantastic groove Neil! Another good one from the Mondays! You need to have someone dancing along side you in these videos as you play ;-) Man, the pick and a set of flats sounds so good. And I love the percussiveness and attack with a pick. Sounds so good! Another good example that all you need to groove is being locked in. It doesn't have to be too fancy. Nicely done, mate.
