Happy New Year 2023 from

Peanut Butter Blossoms
1 batch around 2 dozen cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
1 14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 bag Hershey's Chocolate Kisses-wrappers removed
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
granulated sugar for rolling the cookies
Directions:
Preheat oven 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter and can of sweetened condensed milk.
Add vanilla to the bowl.
Once incorporated, add the Bisquick to the peanut butter mixture. Mix well.
Roll cookies into small balls and roll in granulated sugar.
Place cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake cookies 6-8 minutes. (I baked mine 8 minutes)
When you remove the cookies from the oven, press a kiss in the center of each cookie ball.
Cook cookies on a rack until cool.
