I do that sometimes too. usually the room reveal episode, because I always find something else to admire and study more. I also re-watch some of my favorite channel episodes to help keep their algorithms moving forward and in the re-view category. Which helps feature their episodes in random feeds. Not to mention it adds revenue. I always let the ads run for the revenue factor (unless it is a 3 1/2 min drug ad).

I have only ever been dropped from one channel, it was in the early days of it. I only watch YT channels, no TV. Every so often I go through and remove ones I do not really watch, those are mostly news type channels. My husband tidies his workshop half of the garage every spring, except he moved his weight lifting gear out there so a lot of the tools are now in, what was our 'media' room. Good news, though, he finally put the small chandelier up in the main floor bathroom. The bathroom is still not completed. And he hung the light I found in a local antique store, that is of the same era as the other rooms have, in the one bedroom that had a plastic tiny excuse for a light shade. As a KZbin subscriber, I am often frustrated with them when they stop notifying me of episodes for the channels I follow, or they notify me after I have already watched the episode. Fortunately, I haven't missed many of your episodes. Periodically, I hit the "notify all" icon just as a preventative measure. Before I even watch an episode, I always hit the 👍 like icon, too. Patrick and Stuart, cleaning up the workshop was a good way to vent your pent-up anxiety with KZbin. What a difference you've made. I like your method of cooking duck breast, Patrick. I wish that I had known about the uses of duck fat years ago before I discarded all of the rendered fat from the one and only whole duck I ever cooked. There must have been over a gallon of fat by the time that duck was cooked. I had to drain the oven pan every 15 minutes or so to prevent overflow, and the pan was an inch & half deep. After watching you cook, I may try frying a duck breast. It certainly appears to be easier and a good deal less time from start to finish. ✨️Happy New Year 🥂🍾

Beautiful workshop! Love the pegboard and tools! You should copy the plan of Julia Child and how she hung her kitchen utensils....she drew an outline of each item on the pegboard and then she knew EXACTLY which item hung where....forever! Easy and so practical! Great tip on the duck breasts....I'll give that a try this week! Really poor explanation from KZbin.......ridiculous! Trouble is the people who have been unsubscribed won’t know and therefore will miss this video. ! I am also here for every post! I love your posts - always informative, warm, friendly and fun to watch. I know that none of the other channels are as attentive with their replies. The mostI hear is a comment from time to time and some thank yous, which I appreciate. Most of the channels don't even respond and save their time to take care of patrons, which I completely understand. I certainly appreciate your attention to my comments, although honestly, I wouldn't leave if you didn't find the time. I see you both as supremely responsible and polite to your viewers and this type of treatment from KZbin is unfair, especially considering all of the time that you put into communicating with everyone. I don't suppose that makes you feel better about their treatment, but, I hope in general, it numbs the hurt. You both did an amazing cleanup of the shop. It's not easy to rearrange and put money into extra shelves, etc. when so many other things are calling to you. Those darned north winds! Would it be worthwhile to build a winter vestibule outside of the shop door? Thank you for the duck recipe. It looks fantastic and straight-forward. The abundant fat must otherwise be difficult to deal with. Philip, you are a master in the kitchen and Stuart, I love watching your masterful work with finishing the wood and walls of the chateau. Thank you both for all you do and I wish you a pleasant, healthful, joyous and prosperous new year!
