I quit smoking in January of 2024. I am almost at my one year mark. The ONLY thing that got me through was telling myself I cannot smoke again because if I don’t quit now, I never will. I hated picturing myself in my 40s, 50s, etc. still addicted to nicotine. I believe in you, Irene!! ❤ I wish you nothing but happiness, success, and health.
