Newcrest has never looked so good! I really love how the neighborhood actually feels alive and you really did your big one with this because I know newcrest can be kind of tricky because you literally have nothing to go off of but it turned out so well. Congratulations on finishing, and thank you so much for adding such a special world to the simming community. It's really hard to say what my favorite is from this video, but I really adored the recreation center. I really like how you had activities for all ages, and I love having the senior area. I feel like a lot of the times Elders get left out of all of the action and I like the thoughtfulness you put into making sure they had a hall to get together and continue to build community during their Twilight years. I also really love the way the apartment complex came out. It looks very contemporary, and I'm excited to see the inside of the apartments. I also like all of the additional shops because it again makes everything feel a lot more busy and alive. Amazing job, Kiyo!

Hey hun I just got through watching the save file and I had to watch it on my TV because I knew it was going to be that good. Let me just start by saying that although I always adore your builds, your unique storytelling is definitely what takes the save file to the next level. I would say perhaps my favorite part was listening to the descriptions of some of the families that's going to be living in the world and I like how in each family description you left certain things open to interpretation. Also it warmed my heart hearing that your mom helped you out with some of the townies. I love that she was a part of creating this world alongside with you. My favorite one was about the mother and her two daughters after the loss of her husband and their father. Such a tragic story but unfortunately it happens in real life and I love how the church has different opportunities to help different people in the community with the second chance house. I also like the twists with the lady and her boyfriend and how she found out she was pregnant! I can see so many interesting stories coming out from this save file and I just want to give you your flowers for your creativity not only with building but with storytelling!

If you have eco lifestyle using the comunity lot will spawn vendors. I know it works on the marketplace type and I've had it working on the default type as well

@@NicJohn hi, Nic! It's great to see you. I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. Are you saying that I need to set the lot as a community space lot?

@LoveSimsYT i was suggesting that you can do that as an option so that you don't need to pay for vendors. They will spawn on their own community lots from eco lifestyle.

@@NicJohn Kind of what I was assuming you meant but wanted to clarify. I might play around with that and see how Sims interact with the space vs. its current lot setting, but that is an AWESOME advice I might use in my own game.
