To be really honest, YG doesn’t deserve to have BigBang save their asses. Their management style (or lack there of) is a complete mess, they literally can’t handle promoting more than artist at the same time so they completely forget about the others when one group is having a comeback, they treat their artists as disposable beings and completely discard them at the sight of any scandal, like what they did to Park Bom and now B.I. And on top of all that the agency is simply untrustworthy, I mean look what they did to CL. She renewed her contract in 2015 after being promised a comeback for 2NE1 and right after that YG fired Bom and disbanded 2NE1, not to mention the super messy and half assed US solo debut that she kinda had for Lifted that, after not being a huge hit right away, caused her to be literally forgotten in the freaking YG dungeon. She even came out to say that she recorded more than 200 songs, shoot a bunch of MVs, had a completely finished album but YG simply wouldn’t let her release her work. An artist as talented and full of potential as CL was left in the freezer for 4 freaking years after trusting YG to manage her career. After that move they pulled on CL any artist would be insane to sign with YG or renew with them. As much as I love the groups the agency formed, YG deserves to go bankrupt. I hope BigBang gets the hell away from there when their contracts expire.
