Happy Thanksgiving 🍽 🍁from my home to yours

A quick view of Najia’s Thanksgiving dinner. 🍁🍽
Plant Based Menu:
Appetizer :
Fresh ground walnut pasted in an organic date, fresh nutmeg , lemon perl sauted in olive oil and salt .
Breads :
Homemade vegan cornbread and storebought organic wholewheat apple bread
Soup:
Savory style pumkin soup with fresh roasted organic butternut squash , onion garlic , thyme , marjoram, salt , pepper , vegan veggie broth, topped with a swirl of cashew ceeam made from organic cashews and pink salt
Salad :
Organic arugula, celery, cucumber, dried cranberries , walnuts, hemp seed , blackberries with a persimmon ( not pomegranate ) dressingmade from fresh persimmon, fresh lenon juice , organic extra virgin olive oil , salt and pepper,
Entree:
Seitan and tofu vegan roast ( store bought) baked with Japanese sweet potatoes, onion rosemary and thyme , veggie broth
Sides:
Yukon gold mashed potatoes with Miyokos butter, oatmilk salt and pepper
Roasted broccoli and stringbeans courtesy of my dinner guest
Elixirs:
Small glass , Pomegranate juice
Large glass, Ginger Kombucha
Sorry I dont follow recipes but I did include all ingredients for the dishes I made so you can be inspired.
All the delicious food is plant based, even the turkey. I invited a dear friend over for dinner and a movie for a quiet dinner. It’s been difficult month and I wasn’t up for taking different friends up on their offer to go to a couple different big dinners that I normally attend . I was planning a to take it easy and just rest but my friend asked me to host. We have been trying to get together to watch a dancing tarot bellydance video and tonight worked out . My dining room is in a cottage in the backyard but has no heat so we are dining in my dance studio. I will be back for more tarot readings for the Collective and a special series on Keanu Reeves for my Angel Members

I don’t use really use recipes. I just cook from my heart . Because people have asked me many times in the past , I would recreate what I made and measure so I could write it down.
