That was a day I ran out of chop - this was a quick put together Spinach, raspberries, chia seeds, walnuts and a sprouted seed mix. We have days where they are fed whatever we have haha :)

What are you mixing as food for your beautiful babies on this platter? Are those garbanzo beans and sprouts and maybe some cabbage or radicchio? Please let me know.

We have lots of different mixes - the beans are pigeon peas and sprouts :) we also use a lot of veggies, see our bird chop video for an idea! We mix all sorts of veggies this one is: Chia seeds Sprouts Pigeon peas Carrot Beetroot Spinach Capsicum Cauliflower Zucchini And walnuts

@@Birdingtons Thank you! They certainly love that mix! I am not successful with getting my cockatiel to eat mixes. He loves kale and broccoli and cauliflower if I leave them separate. I really want to get him off of the seeds. They develop xanthomas from too many seeds and no exercise. My baby flies all around the studio apt. I have but he won't eat the mixes I make for him and for some reason he doesn't touch fruit.

What is the mix of fruit and veggies you are feeding them? Looks like chick peas, sweet potato and possibly papaya. Did you buy it or make it?

Absolutely - They are eating a mix of: Parsley, Spinach, hemp seeds, green capsicum, snow peas, a very small amount of pasta (as a treat - not ongoing), sprouted seeds
